Here at Rad Dezigns we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We do everything in our power to make sure each and every customer is happy with every order they receive.

If you receive any item from us and you are not happy with it for any reason please contact us at sales@raddezigns.com within 24 hours of receiving it to let us know that you are not happy. We will then give you a "Return Number" where you can send the item back to us for an exchange or refund.

Return Requirements:
We only have 3 requirements for you to be able to return an item to Rad Dezigns.
1 - You must not be happy with the item for any reason.
2 - You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
3 - The item must be returned with a "Return Number" and be in the same condition as when it was received. For example, decals can not be returned once they have been applied.
